Rights of Users and Legal Guardians and the Method of Exercising thereof
Users and their legal guardians may, at any time, access to or correct their personal information or personal information of children under 14 and request for withdrawal from membership.

If you want to access to or correct your personal information or personal information of children under 14, you may click “My Dashboard”. If you want to withdraw from membership (withdrawal of consent), you may click “Close Account” to directly withdraw from membership after proceeding with the identity verification.

For immediate assistance, you may contact a personal information administration manager by phone or via email.

If you request us to correct any factual errors in your personal information, we will not use nor provide the information until we complete correction of the error. In the event that wrong personal information has already been provided to a third party, we will correct such errors by promptly notifying the result of correction to such third party.

The personal information which is cancelled or deleted upon the request of users or legal guardians will be managed in accordance with the “Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information” and the information will not be reviewed or used for any other purposes.
